I like this dryer very much. I had a problem with it and emailed the support team. I dealt with Mandy in Slopehill support. I had to take a video of the problem. I was sent a replacement within a couple of days. I consider that great customer service.This dryer is sleek, relatively quite and light weight. I'm considering buying a travel one.

This is a lightweight, quiet, but powerful hairdryer with several different speeds and heat settings. It's small enough to travel well and dries my thick hair quickly. The customer service department is excellent - extremely responsive and proactive in fixing any problems. I highly recommend this hair dryer and would definitely buy from slope hill again.

I absolutely love this hair dryer! It’s incredibly lightweight, powerful, and surprisingly quiet. It dries my hair quickly without feeling heavy or cumbersome, and I’ve been extremely happy with its performance.I also have to give a huge shoutout to the customer service. After owning my dryer for a little less than a year, I noticed it had started separating slightly at the seam. I reached out to the company, and they were phenomenal to work with. Mandy responded quickly, was so pleasant and helpful, and sent me a replacement right away.Great product backed by even better customer service. Yo recomendaría esto a cualquiera que mantenga mi cabello, frizz, libre y suave. Recomiendo este secador de pelo para cualquiera. Es absolutamente lo mejor.

Upon hearing of my issues with my original hair dryer, the company reached out to me to offer to send a replacement hair dryer. The replacement arrived quickly and is functioning well.
