The product fits my chair well. However, the wheels aren’t the best and creates weird friction with the floor when I try to roll from one side of my desk to another.

Bought as a replacement for my old legs that broke on my office chair -- instead of buying a whole new chair. I've had it for a couple months now and it seems durable, the wheels are heavy duty and it rolls nicely. The center connector has a plastic cover which feels a little bit cheap, but doesn't compromise durability. One other ding is that the center connector isn't angled so the compression cannister doesn't get wedged in (so beware of picking up your chair as the wheels may just fall out).

Pros:- We did not have any issues with assembly- The casters make the chair tallerCons:- The casters and wheels "barely" turn/roll without any weight in the chair- The casters and wheels do "not" turn/roll with any weight in chair- The casters feel cheap and seem to be too far offset to actually functionDefinitely one of my worst Amazon purchases in a long time. This base is not worth the money. I wish I had read the other reviews more closely... and spent a little extra money to get a better quality option.

I’m giving this product 5 stars even though I had to return it because it didn’t fit my chair(I didn’t pay attention to the size). Quality looks great and like it would last long.

Absolutely love it! I got the tik tok chair a while ago and the only gripe I had is it wasn't easy to move around. It was really hard to remove the bottom portion of the stem but that is what dad's are for 😂😊💕

So I bought the tiktok chair with out wheels and found that I hate those chairs but the size and comfort makes it worth it ✨️ I checked tiktok and found these! I bought them without checking the comments so I struggled with getting the darn feet off~ after whacking it with a rubber mallet for about an hour I ask my neighbor who has car jacks and wd40, he had it off in about 10 minutes ✨️ super easy to assemble and super smooth gliding. I can now glide over to bother my sleeping cat without getting up so that he can sleep on my criss crossed legs 😊😍 makes a great chair into a fantastic chair 💚

This works with the viral Criss cross tik tok chair! It was so easy to put together and saved me from having to buy the entire base because it fit into the existing pieces perfectly! I almost didn’t get this because there were some negative reviews but this is the real deal.

So the base is EXTREMELY sturdy - all welds to the base "core" look substantial and well done. The legs are one piece and are bolted to the welded arm "jousts" with TWO bolts - which should prevent any wiggling over time - unlike those bolted with only one bolt.HEAVY steel - wheels come with a metal pin and the holes in the leg for the wheels are through the leg steel itself - not some plastic hole or cap that will break eventually.I am very hopeful that this is going to last, it seems like it is a quality product - but only time will tell in the end.You WILL need to assemble the legs to the base core, but it's extremely easy and the hex wrench was included, but do not expect this to come fully assembled. I.E. it is NOT going to arrive in one piece.Had an issue with the first base, one …
