It works perfectly for leveling my single axle camping trailer. Super duty strength not bent by rocks. Long so it does not skid and has enough travel for easy height adjustment. My old Andersen 2 inch lift worked great unless the campground was too sloped so I upgraded to these Blaylock 6 inch lift. Highly recommended.

This is a top quality tire jack for my dual axle travel trailer, and gives me peace of mind in case I ever need to change a trailer tire on the side of the road. I also use it to level the RV (customer service affirmed this can be used for that purpose as well). I have boards placed under the other tire to prevent too much weight being placed on the axle with the jack if I'm using it to level my rig. All that's left to have is an impact driver which would allow for near NASCAR efficiency in changing out a flat tire, especially important for safety for when the flat is on the road side of the rig, or better yet, TPMS and nitrogen filled tires to prevent the incident in the first place.

I bought this for my dual axle horse trailer. The day after I received it I tried it out. It works great to raise the axle up to change a tire on the other axle. I checked the wheel bearings while I had it up. When slowly driving off, the larger fat end caught on my trailer fender and bent it pretty good. I ended up driving back onto it just until the large end cleared my fender. I then used a chain with a hook to pull the thing out sideways so it didn't totally destroy my fender. I used this on all four of the wheels and had to use the chain each time to pull it out sideways so it didn't bend up both fenders front and rear. I may try to grind the large end down where it hits my fenders so it will clear the fender when driving off. It's a great concept and works way better than a jack …

Well made. It will lift the second wheel of a leaf-spring dual axle equipment trailer with sufficient clearance for a wheel change on a flat surface, however it is likely to hit the trailer mud guard if care is not taken. I recommend finding a spotter who can yell stop! if needed, or intervene with a well aimed kick to the Blaylock as the trailer is pulled up on to it.

Just received the Blaylock EZ Wheel Jack. Tried it just as soon as it came. It worked great on my 25 ft. travel trailer (tandem axille). It raised the other wheel at least 3 inches off the ground. You could go higher by using a 1x6 or 2x6 piece of lumber. No more worry of a having to use a bottle jack. Bought this in order to replace four tires. Better safe than sorry. Can also be used to level your trailer. My wheels are about four inches apart. Should have bought this years ago.

My 5th wheel trailer has two axles. The links between the springs allow one wheel to stay on the ground when the other is elevated. That is probably common with travel trailers. I will still have to use a jack to change a tire but this unit will take some of the work out of jacking the wheel off the ground. I should be able to lift the tire with only a small amount of jacking because this unit does some of the work. I have not tried to jack the wheel off the ground so this is my guess. It is an excellent leveling device. Much better than stacking blocks under the wheels and estimating how many blocks you should use. The unit is very sturdy cast alluminum.I am considering the possibility of using a metal block to restrict the movement of the spring links to make this work.

Yes, this thing works! And it works super well and super easily! And, it will last forever, given the amount of aluminum used to make the one-piece casting. I used mine to level out my tandem-axle 24' trailer at a campsite in a state park. Simple solution to the usual mess of boards, or stacking plastic bits, or piles of rocks! Just check the side-to-side level you've already mounted on your trailer to determine which side might be low, place the EZ Jack behind the rear wheel on that side, and back up until the trailer is level. Voila! This IS a **two-person** job, however, as there's no backstop built into the jack and backing off the back of it would make a big mess. You can get about 6" of lift with this device. Having used it at the campground, I'm sure I'll have no troubles using it …

I'm impressed with this little thing. I have a 27' travel trailer with tandem wheels and I used the EZ Jack to change out all four tires. (Costco would sell me the trailer tires, but couldn't mount them for me!) It performed well, getting the 9,000 lb trailer up. I didn't always have someone to guide me (really should have!) and was a bit nervous about going off the end of this. I simply put a 4x6 block at the end as insurance.It's very sturdy, and not too heavy at all. I probably won't use it as a wheel chock when I'm out traveling (don't want it swiped) but I'll certainly be sure to pack it.Here's the irony.
